For general PC repairs, upgrades and maintenance, including virus removal, we charge a maximum of £45 labour per machine. Any hardware or software is provided at cost – we don’t add any markup.

We have a strict ‘no fix no fee’ policy. If we can’t fix it we don’t charge you. It’s as simple as that.

For emergency and ad-hoc work we charge £20/hour and offer a 50% discount for non-profits, schools and charities.
