Those who follow Lovetek’s fortunes will already know I decided to drop the limited company aspect of Lovetek. The reasons are pretty straightforward – paperwork. Every year the company returns would come trundling along and I’d spend a week running round with my hair on fire trying to get everything together in order to appease the dual-headed HMRC?Companies House beast.

In the 6 years of trading as a limited company I still haven’t completely fathomed the myriad nuances and pitfalls of incorporation.

So with a great sigh of relief I decided it was time to cut the millstone from around my neck and drop the limited company.

How will this affect you, the customer, I hear you ask? In short, it won’t affect you at all.

We’ll be phasing in contracts and different payment structures as part of our overall refresh and we’ll also be bringing some exciting new offerings in the form of content management systems!
